- Combine applesauce, vanilla, eggs and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and add one cup of crumbs to the applesauce mixture.
- Pour the applesauce mixture into a greased 8 x 10-inch pan and top with remaining crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.

EASY APPLESAUCE CAKE

Steps:
- Melt buter (or margerine) in a small skillet. Add graham cracker crumbs.
- Layer half of the crumbs mixture in a 1 quart shallow baking dish. Spoon applesauce over crumbs. Layer with the rest of the crumbs.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top. Bake covered at 350' for 30 minutes. Bake 10 minutes longer uncovered.
- Serve warm with cool whip topping or ice cream if you prefer. Enjoy !!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9x9-inch cake pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and Splenda. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, mix well to combine.
- Add milk and walnuts, stirring until just combined.
- Spread half of mixture into prepared cake pan.
- Spread half of pie filling over top.
- Spread remaining batter carefully over apples and arrange remaining apple pie filling over top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Place cake pan on a wire rack and let set for at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.

- Combine the sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon and the eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Fold the applesauce and vanilla into the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and place the pie in a preheated 450 degrees F oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 30 minutes or until the center is set.
