- Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
- Combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
- In separate bowl, beat white sugar and butter until blended.
- Whisk in cinnamon applesauce, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture and stir until well blended.
- In small bowl, combine chunky applesauce, raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon half of oat mixture into sprayed 8-inch baking pan; pour raisin filling over top, and spoon remaining oat mixture over filling, spreading evenly.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire rack.

- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Prepare bottom of a 11 x 7 ~inch pan with vegetable pan coating.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, spices and salt. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg to margarine mixture and beat until light and fluffy. Alternately add the dry ingredients and applesauce, stirring just enough.
- to blend well. Add the raisins.
- Turn into the prepared pan and bake about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes then cut into 24 squares.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir frequently until smooth. Remove from heat, and let cool.
- Cream together the shortening and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce, melted chocolate and vanilla. Add to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; gradually stir into the batter. Fold in chopped walnuts. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan before cutting.

Steps:
- Place flour, sugar, dry sugar substitute, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well.
- Combine hot applesauce and baking soda. (Don't try to be modern and use cold applesauce and mix the baking soda with the flour; it doesn't work as well that way.).
- Add the applesauce mixture, along with oil, nuts, and raisins, to flour mixture.
- Mix at medium speed until flour is moistened and batter is creamy.
- Spread batter evenly in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or greased well with margarine or butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes, or until bars pull away from the sides of the pan and a cake tester comes out clean from the center. Cool on a wire rack.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the brown sugar and shortening until smooth. Stir in the egg, and then the applesauce until well blended. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; stir into the applesauce mixture. Mix in walnuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda; cut in 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside 2 cups for topping.
