CREAMY NOODLE PUDDING image

Have been making this recipe for a number of years and it is always seems to bring raves.

Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 oz medium egg noodles
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c raisins
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c margerine, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. Combine softened cream cheese and melted margerine. Add eggs, sour cream, sugar,salt and lemon juice. Stir in noodles and raisins.
  • 3. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 375' for 40 minutes or until set. Enjoy !!
