- In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients and mix well. Place in a 2-qt. baking dish; set aside. For topping, combine oatmeal, nuts, flour, sugar and butter in another bowl. Mix well; spoon evenly over fruit mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and tender. Garnish with cranberries. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

- In a small bowl, beat the egg. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon; add to egg and beat until smooth. Fold in apple, nuts and vanilla. Spoon into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with ice cream.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the egg and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine sugar, flour, powder and cinnamon.
- Add to egg gradually and beat until smooth.
- Fold in apple and nuts.
- Spoon into an 8 inch greased pan.
- Baked for 25 minutes or until center tests done.
- Cool until still slightly warm.
- Cut into 9 squares and top each piece with a 1/4 cup of ice cream.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350^ In a large microwave safe bowl add apples,walnuts,raisins,3 T. Sugar,3/4 tsp. cinnamon, cloves,and flour. mix, nuke 1 minute. Stir and nuke another 2 minutes.
- 2. Flatten each biscuit into a 5" circle. Add remaining cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle circles. Top with 1/4 c. of apple mixture. Bring edges or biscuit up to enclose mixture; pinch edges to seal.
- 3. Place seam side down in ungreased muffin pan. Brush tops with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. With a sharp knife cut an X in the top of each.
- 4. Bake for .18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool a few minutes before removing to a wire rack
