What a great way to use up leftover turkey from the holidays or you can use turkey deli meat for this delicious wrap. Recipe is from my Carb-Lovers Diet Cookbook.

- Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat; add bacon. Cook, turning often, until bacon is crispy, 6-8 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper, and set aside.
- Arrange wraps on a clean work surface. Place 1/4 of the cheese and turkey slices in the center of each wrap. Top turkey with 1/4 of the apple slices, 1 piece of bacon each and 1/4 of the salad greens. Roll wraps, folding in sides, to enclose filling.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles; cut each lengthwise into 3 thin triangles. - In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, bring pasta and milk to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes until pasta is tender and most of the milk is absorbed.
- Stir in shredded cheese, bacon, apple butter, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes to thicken, then stir again just before serving.

- 1 whole-grain wrap
- 2 slices smoked turkey
- 2 oz sliced gouda cheese
- 1/4 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1 slice cooked crispy bacon
- 1 tbsp honey mustard sauce
- 2 large lettuce leaves (romaine, bibb or iceberg)
Process
- Place the wrap on a flat surface or a cutting board.
- Spread honey mustard sauce on the wrap, leaving at least 1/2 inch from the edges.
- Place turkey slices on top of the sauce, add the cheese slices, followed by apple slices.
- Place bacon slice on top of apples.
- Add lettuce leaves over the bacon.
- Roll the sides of the wrap in towards the center, tightly wrapping the fillings to the center.
- Fold the bottom part of the wrap over the fillings and continue rolling to the top to create a firm wrap.
- Use a toothpick or wrap in a parchment paper to secure the wrap in place.
