1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter (cold)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Peel, core and cube apples
  • Combine topping ingredients
  • Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Place apples into two small dishes or ramekins and sprinkle apples with sugar.

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until browned and apples are hot and bubbly.

2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons oats
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice (I use Baking Spice Blend Mix)
1 -2 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray 2 5-0z custard cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Toss the apple with the cinnamon sugar, divide between the 2 custard cups and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon water.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice.
  • Cut in the butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apples and place in preheated oven.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.

1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 c all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
half-and-half, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Gently toss apples, brown sugar, lemon juice & cinnamon. Divide between two ungreased 10 oz. custard cups.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar & baking powder; stir in milk & butter just until moistened. Spoon over apples.
  • 3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm with cream if desired.
