4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 tart or sweet apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup caramel sauce, homeade or storebought

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line 9-inch square or round pan with foil; spray bottom and sides with cooking spray.

4 oz cream cheese, cut into 1/2" pieces

  • Move an oven rack to the bottom of the oven and preheat to 300°F. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish. Set aside.
