- In a pot combine the grape jelly with the chili sauce; add in the meatballs and simmer for about 45 minutes uncovered or until the sauce has thickened.
- If you are making my Parmesan meatball recipe use 2-1/2 to 3 pounds lean ground beef or use half beef and ground pork shape.
- Shape into about 1-inch balls.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Place in the prepared sauce.

GRILLED PINEAPPLE APPETIZER WITH TERIYAKI GINGER CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Steps:
- Spray pineapple slices with cooking spray and grill or pan brown, lightly brush both sides with hoisin sauce. Cut rings into bite size pieces about 1 " wide (just big enough for the meatballs to sit on top of).
- Prepare a medium skillet with pan spray and brown al fresco all natural Teriyaki Meat Balls over medium high heat on both sides. Add water, cover and fully heat meatballs.

- Mix grated ginger into ground beef and form into meatballs.
- Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks, onion, and bell pepper. Continue to cook until meatballs are no longer pink in the centers and vegetables are hot but not soft, 4 to 6 minutes more.
- Pour reserved pineapple juice into a large measuring cup. Add enough canned pineapple juice to measure 1 1/2 cups. Bring to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add cornstarch, 1 teaspoon at a time, to ensure it doesn't thicken too much. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

- Combine pork sausage and spicy pork sausage together in a bowl using your hands. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Fry meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and completely cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
- Transfer meatballs to a large bowl and add 1/2 of the orange juice concentrate; gently toss to coat, adding more if needed to completely coat.

- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Mix meat, bread crumbs, milk, onion, eggs,& salt.
- Shape into 1 balls.
- (the smaller, the better).
- Place balls in a single layer on glass baking dish.
- Bake for 12 15 minutes and drain well and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic until tender.
- Add ketchup, honey,& soy sauce.
