TRUFFLES ON CHICKEN BREAST ON BED OF ANGEL HAIR PASTA

Truffles on Chicken Breast on Bed of Angel Hair Pasta image

Truffles are found under oak and chestnut trees in Italy and France. Even here in America! They are earthy, pungent, garlicy, robust, savory. They are to be used sparingly. Truffles are to be stored in the refrigerator cover with raw rice 3 days. Being so expensive I'd save this dish for those you really love and use sparingly. What the heck just go for it.

Angel hair pasta with black truffles is a popular Italian dish that is both tasty and elegant. The dish is subtle in flavor, with the truffle flavor being the central theme of the dish. In this article, we will provide valuable tips on how to make a perfect angel hair pasta with black truffles dish, without giving you a recipe to follow. The idea is to provide you with the knowledge necessary to create your recipe, depending on your taste preferences.

Buying ingredients

The quality of ingredients plays an essential role in determining the final taste of your dish. When buying ingredients, ensure that they are fresh, and of high quality. When buying black truffles, check for cuts or marks on the skin, which is a sign that the truffle is not fresh. Additionally, look for fragrant and firm truffles. Other ingredients would include angel hair pasta, fresh garlic, butter, salt, and pepper.

The cooking process

To make a perfect angel hair pasta with black truffles dish, you need to cook the pasta to perfection. Ensure that the pasta is cooked al dente, which means that it should have a slight firmness when bitten. Overcooked pasta will be mushy while undercooked pasta will be hard and crunchy.
Step 1:
The first step in cooking the pasta is to bring a large pot of water to a boil. When the water starts boiling, add the pasta and stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking together. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but ensure that it is al dente.
Step 2:
While the pasta is boiling, prepare the truffle sauce. Peel four cloves of garlic and cut them into thin slices. In a large pan, melt four tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the garlic to the pan and cook it until it turns golden brown. The golden brown garlic adds a flavorful touch to your sauce.
Step 3:
When the garlic turns golden brown, use a microplane grater to grate the fresh truffles into a bowl. Add the grated truffles to the garlic butter mixture and stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to the sauce, and turn down the heat to low.
Step 4:
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss the pasta with the sauce until it is coated evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little bit of the pasta water to thin it. By adding the pasta water, you also ensure that the sauce adheres well to the pasta.

Serving the dish

Angel hair pasta with black truffles is a dish that is easy to serve, but there is one crucial tip to keep in mind. Once you have tossed the pasta with the sauce, serve it immediately. The pasta is best served hot, and when you let it sit for too long, it becomes clumpy and loses its flavor.

Experiment with flavors

One of the best things about angel hair pasta with black truffles is the flexibility to experiment with flavors. The dish is subtle, so you can add other flavors to enhance the taste of your dish. For instance, you can add grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, or herbs like parsley or basil. Adding these ingredients not only adds flavor but also provides a visual pop of color to your dish.

Conclusion

Angel hair pasta with black truffles is an Italian dish that is easy to make and tastes fantastic. To make a perfect dish, ensure that you use high-quality ingredients and cook the pasta to perfection. Remember to serve the dish immediately to maintain its texture and flavor. Finally, feel free to experiment with flavors to create a dish that suits your taste buds.
