Steps:
- 1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and salt together (so sugar will disolve).
- 2. Fry 1/2 pound bacon until crisp. Let cool, then crumble.
- 3. While bacon is cooking, chop broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Put in large bowl, add cheese, bacon and dressing. Mix well and put in refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve as a side or salad alone.

- 1. Chop broccoli & cauliflower. Fry bacon and crumble it and save some to sprinkle on top. Shred the cheese saving some to sprinkle on top. In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top and chill salad for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
