Choosing the right shrimp

When making alouette crème de brie shrimp cups, it is important to choose high-quality shrimp. Fresh shrimp are best, but if you cannot find fresh shrimp, frozen shrimp can be used. For alouette crème de brie shrimp cups, sautéing is the best method. Sauté the shrimp in a small amount of olive oil or butter until they are pink and cooked through. Do not overcook the shrimp, as this can result in a tough and rubbery texture.

Preparing the wonton wrappers

Wonton wrappers are a popular choice for making appetizer cups because they are easy to work with and have a crispy texture when baked. Start by placing a small amount of alouette crème de brie in the bottom of each wonton cup.
