- In a large skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, sloppy joe mix, brown sugar and mustard., Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until flavors are blended. Spoon 1/2 cup onto each bun.

Steps:
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble meat into pan and cook until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.
- 2. Add garlic and onion, cook until onion is soft. Drain and discard excess fat. Sprinkle meat mixture with salt and pepper Add tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce and chili powder.
- 3. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Stir in drained pineapple. Remove from heat. Spoon into buns.
