5-INGREDIENT ALMOND-CRUSTED BAKED TILAPIA
This almond crusted baked tilapia is super easy and super flavorful. A delicious, easy and healthy meal that's perfect for weeknights!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to BROIL.
- Spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine almonds and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl and set aside.
- Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture on both sides of the fish.
- Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet, bottom side UP, and broil for 4 minutes.
- Flip the fish over, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and almonds, and return to the broiler for about 3-5 more minutes, or until topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and herbs.
- *I use my Cuisinart Mini Prep Food Processor to chop the raw almonds in about 30 seconds!

ALMOND-CRUSTED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Beat the eggs with the lemon pepper and garlic pepper until blended; set aside. Stir together ground almonds with 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish until combined; set aside. Dust the tilapia fillets with flour, and shake off excess. Dip the tilapia in egg, then press into the almond mixture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tilapia in melted butter until golden brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium, and season fillets with salt if desired. Sprinkle the tilapia with the remaining Parmesan cheese, cover, and continue cooking until the Parmesan cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the tilapia to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley springs and lemon wedges to serve.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk together egg and hot sauce in a shallow bowl.
