1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar (packed)
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (crushed)
½ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250°F and place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet (I line with foil for easy cleanup).
  • In a small bowl whisk together rib rub ingredients.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, seasoned salt and, if desired, liquid smoke. Add ribs; turn to coat.
