ALL BRAN BANANA BREAD
I made this yesterday from the recipe on the All-Bran packet. I just love this banana bread! It has a great taste and is low fat and high fibre! Perfect for morning tea or a snack. I like mine with just a little jam or peanut butter spread and served warm.

Tips for Making Perfect All Bran Banana Bread
Here are some tips to ensure that your all bran banana bread turns out perfect:- Use overripe bananas that are soft and sweet, as they will provide the best flavor and texture to the bread.
- Don't overmix the batter, as this can result in a dense and tough bread.
- Use a non-stick loaf pan or line the pan with parchment paper to prevent the bread from sticking and to make it easier to remove from the pan.
- Test the bread for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean, then the bread is done. If not, bake for a few more minutes.
- Let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving, as this will ensure that it holds its shape and doesn't crumble.
- You can also add extra ingredients to the bread, such as chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips.
