Tips for making air fryer rosemary garlic baby potatoes recipe

Choosing the right potatoes
The first step in making the perfect air fryer rosemary garlic baby potatoes recipe is choosing the right potatoes. It's important to choose baby potatoes that are roughly the same size, so that they can cook evenly in the air fryer. Additionally, you will want to choose potatoes that are firm and have a smooth texture.
Cleaning and slicing the potatoes
Before slicing the potatoes, it is important to clean them thoroughly. You can do this by washing them under running water and scrubbing them. Once the potatoes are clean, slice them in half lengthwise. Be careful not to slice them too thin, as this can cause them to become too crispy and hard when air fried.
Preparing the seasoning
The seasoning is what gives the potatoes their flavor, so it's important to get it right. For this recipe, we will be using garlic and rosemary. To prepare the seasoning, chop the garlic and rosemary into small pieces, and mix it with olive oil and salt. Mix the seasoning well so that it's evenly distributed.
Coating the potatoes
Once the seasoning is ready, it's time to coat the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a bowl and pour the seasoning over them. Mix the seasoning and potatoes together until the potatoes are evenly coated. Make sure that each potato has enough seasoning on it, as this will ensure that every bite is full of flavor.
Air frying the potatoes
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F before air frying the potatoes. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. It's important not to overcrowd the basket, so you may need to air fry the potatoes in batches. Cook the potatoes for 12-15 minutes, making sure to shake the basket occasionally to ensure that they cook evenly. Check the potatoes regularly to ensure that they don't become too crispy.
Serving the potatoes
Once the potatoes are cooked, you can serve them immediately. The potatoes are the perfect side dish to pair with a variety of main courses, including chicken, beef, and fish. You can also sprinkle some extra rosemary over the potatoes for added flavor.

Conclusion

The air fryer rosemary garlic baby potatoes recipe is a simple and easy dish to make. With the right ingredients and a few tips, you can create a delicious and healthy side dish that will impress your family and friends. Remember to choose the right potatoes, clean and slice them properly, prepare the seasoning well, coat the potatoes evenly, and air fry them at the right temperature.
