1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
18 egg roll wrappers

Steps:

  • Pour hot water over bean sprouts in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Drain., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, breaking into crumbles. 3 cups shredded Napa
2 cups shredded carrot
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 scallions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
12 square egg roll wrappers
1 large egg, beaten
vegetable oil, for greasing
duck sauce
hot chinese mustard, optional
