Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 minutes.
- Place desired amount of potato nuggets into the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Shake the basket. Cook until crispy, or to desired doneness, about 4 minutes more.

This recipe found me about a year ago and I have absolutely loved it ever since! Given its ingredients I was surprised to find it seems to be a hit no matter where it's served.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay each slice of bacon onto a work surface and place a potato nugget in the center of each bacon slice. Cut a slit down the center of each potato nugget and place a Cheddar cheese piece into the slit. Top each nugget with a dash of hot sauce. Wrap bacon around each filled potato nugget and secure the bacon to the nugget with a toothpick. Transfer the wrapped nuggets to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until nuggets are cooked through and bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.

BACON-WRAPPED TATER TOTS WITH SRIRACHA HONEY GLAZE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the tater tots in a bowl and sprinkle the seasoning salt evenly over the tots. Mix to coat each piece.
- Cut the bacon strips in half lengthwise. Wrap one strip around each tater tot. Add the tots back to the bowl.
- Mix the honey and sriracha together and drizzle half of it over the tots. Stir to coat. You can secure the bacon ends together with a toothpick, if you wish.
- Spread the tots evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is browned and the tots are crispy. Serve with remaining sauce.

BACON WRAPPED TATER TOTS AIR FRYER RECIPE
Steps:
- Cut the bacon slices into 3 even pieces. Wrap one cut slice around each frozen tater tot and place into the air fryer basket or tray.
- Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes. With 3 minutes left, top each bacon wrapped tot with about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Carefully remove each tater tot with a spatula. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Preheat air fryer to 400°. In batches, cook bacon on greased tray in air-fryer basket until partially cooked but not crisp, 4-5 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Combine syrup and pepper flakes. Dip each bacon piece in syrup mixture, then wrap around a Tater Tot. Secure with toothpicks., Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until bacon is crisp, 8-10 minutes.
