- 1. IN A CASSEROLE LONG DISH. MIX TENDERISER, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND PEPPER. SPREAD LENGTH OF DISH.
- 2. LAY STEAKS IN DISH AND TURN OVER SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT PASTE COVER BOTH SIDES OF THE STEAKS. LET STEAKS MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR.
- 3. GRILL TILL DONE OR TO YOUR LIKING.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown steaks on each side.
- While browning, season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Transfer steaks to a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the same skillet.
- Add water, Worcestershire sauce, dry soup mix, and mushroom soup; mix together until sauce forms.
- Pour sauce over steaks.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes.

- 1. Put 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in a 10 inch cast iron skillet & get it hot.
- 2. Brown the pork steaks on both sides & place in a paper towel lined pie pan until ready for step 4.
- 3. Mix enough flour, a little salt, & black pepper together to coat the pork steaks all over. Place them back in the skillet.
- 4. Add cold water to just below the top edge of the meat. "NOT" over the meat.
- 5. Bring water to a boil, turn down to a medium high simmer. Cover & cook for 20 minutes.
- 6. About halfway through the cooking, turn the meat over & let it finish cooking until most of the water has made a gravy.
- 7. CAREFULLY, place the meat on the plates. You may have to use a spatula. The meat may fall apart if you try using a fork to pick it up.
- 8. Spoon a little gravy over it & enjoy a meal fit for any queen of the house. Kings like it, too.
