these are delicious and guilt free! *If sour gummies are desired, add one packet of unsweetened Kool-aid in a flavor that goes well with your Jell-O flavor. The Kool-aid really makes them sour (but good). Below: Really not 6oz packages the recipe needed a quality though. so just the regular packages.

2 (6 ounce) packages sugar-free jello
2 (6 ounce) packages plain gelatin
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

  • Stir all ingredients until dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture onto a large dinner plate and refrigerate.
  • It will set in about 20 minutes.
  • You can either slice it into worms, or roll up the rubbery disk of gelatin and cut it every 1/4 inch with a large pair of scissors.
  • You can also use tiny cutters to make little shapes.
  • Total Recipe: 50 Cal (0% from Fat, 100% from Protein, 0% from Carb); 12 g Protein; 0 g Tot Fat; 0 g Carb; 0 g Fiber; 5 mg.

2 packages sugar-free jello, any flavors
1 cup boiling water
1 package Kool-Aid, any flavor (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients until dissolved.
  • Pour into an 8x8 pan, lightly sprayed.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into"worm-like" strips.

3 ounces Jello gelatin (any flavor)
2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup juice
15 soda straws

Steps:

  • 1.Boil water/juice & add Jello.
  • 2.Mix until Jello dissolves
  • 3.Pour into a square/rectangle baking pan. Let Jello cool.
  • 4.Put straws into Jello so they fill up with it (you can use a knife to hold them down).
  • 5.Put pan into fridge until Jello is very firm.
  • 6.Remove straws from Jello.
  • 7.Roll a rolling pin on straws to push out the Jello.
