ZIPPY SUMMER SHRIMP
My favorite way to dazzle in a hurry, these shrimp take minutes to make. Full of flavor, they take the center stage at any meal, but I am also known to throw them in a fresh garden salad as well. I do tend to always use the largest shrimp I can get my hands on, they seem to have the best flavor to them! Once complete, feel free to serve immediately over pasta, with warm crusty bread and a garden salad, or with a rice dish. This one compliments them all!

ZIPPY SHRIMP REMOULADE PLATTER
Traditionally shrimp cocktail is served with cocktail sauce. This version, though, is served with a zesty remoulade sauce. It's full of spice but not spicy. The horseradish is not overwhelming, so if you don't like horseradish we think you'll still like this. You can really dip anything in this sauce... chicken, steak, crawfish,...

NO-BRAINER SHRIMP SPREAD
A variation of the ultimate lazy appetizer recipe from the 80's, when you threw shrimp over a block of cream cheese, poured cocktail sauce over it, and served with crackers. I do it this way for a bigger group and also because it's easier to spread on crackers. Note: Many times I use 3 cans (or 1/4 lb. fresh) shrimp, so I can satisfy greedy shrimp lovers who are there. (Note: You may not need to use the whole bottle of cocktail sauce -- use your judgement adding enough to cream cheese to make it spreading consistency and adding a layer of sauce on top of the mixture.)
