Steps:
- Mix cream cheese and extract until blended. Beat in 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Knead in remaining confectioners' sugar., Shape into 1/2-in. balls. If desired, roll in sugar. Place on waxed paper. Flatten with a fork. Let stand until firm, 1-2 hours. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

We usually make this candy for Christmas,but I have also made this candy for Baby and Bridal showers. Very Creamy and smooth, Delicious!

Steps:
- Combine Cream cheese and Butter in heavy bottom sauce pan. Stir over low heat till both are soft. Add Powdered sugar. Stir until well combined. Add flavoring. Seperate candy into small amounts and add food coloring to each amount.
- Shape into small balls and press with a fork. Or be creative and make different shapes or use candy molds. Put onto wax paper and let dry till set. Put into a covered container.
- I make mine with peppermint flavoring or Butter flavoring. Very rich and delicious.
- Servings vary depending on how big or small you make the mints.

- Melt cream cheese over low heat until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix very well.

- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and extract.
- Beat in 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar.
- Knead in remaining confectioners' sugar until smooth.
- Shape into 1/2 inch balls.
- Roll in colored sugar if desired.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten with a fork, or shape with a candy mold.
- Let stand for 1 hour to harden.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can also freeze these for up to 3 months in an airtight container on sheets of wax paper.

These seem to be everyone's favorite holiday candy recipe. Could be the melt in your mouth texture, or perhaps the sweet peppermint taste. Could also be the fact that this is the easiest candy recipe around! If stored in airtight container, these can be frozen for a couple months. These can also be made into pretty shapes by rolling in granulated sugar, pressing into candy molds, and dropping them out.

- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and confectioner's sugar. Mix in peppermint oil. Color as desired with food coloring paste, or leave white.
- Roll mixture into small balls, and place on waxed paper. Flatten with a fork dipped in confectioners' sugar. Let dry for about 2 hours on waxed paper, then freeze or refrigerate.
