MY YUMMY BAKED BEANS
Everyone loved my beans that I made for my Mom's Birthday Party...they were all filling dishes to take home with them...I have to admit they were pretty darn tasty... Sharing my recipe, hoping my memory serves me correctly with the measurements...yeah, forgot to measure...Lol! Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. This recipe could be halved. I made for 20 people and very little left. Empty beans into a medium sized roaster or casserole dish. Mix in all other ingredients, then taste to see if you need any adjusting...I just keep tasting as I add...
- 2. Bake in a 375 degree oven, for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until desired thickness, ( stirring occasionally ) I take out of oven when still a little bit runny, as they will continue thickening as they sit. These are great served right away or even cold. They were a big hit at my party...enjoy!

Steps:
- In a deep frying pan, combine the hamburger, onion, and the bacon. Cook until the hamburger and bacon are almost completely cooked (usually about 10-15 minutes). Drain the grease and set hamburger mix aside.
- In a deep 9x12 pan combine brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, and ketchup. Mix together until sugar is blended well. Add the can of baked beans and then the cans of the other beans, (make sure you drain the juice/water off of the beans). Mix until all the beans are coated well. Add the hamburger, onion, bacon mix to the beans and mix well until the hamburger and bacon is covered. Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar over the top.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F for 1 hour. Once the beans come out of the oven, let them sit for about 20 minutes for the sauce to thicken.

EASY, AND YUMMY BAKED BEANS
Steps:
- You decide on the proportions to your taste. Start with a little of everything and then add more as you continue. Some people like sweet beans some like spicy. Open beans and put in larger saucepan. Drain and add butterbeans. Fry bacon slightly crisp, chop up and add. Saute onions in bacon fat until translucent. Add bacon and onion to the beans. Next, add 2 TBS of ketchup, 2 tsp of mustard , 1 tsp of molasses, and a couple of dashes of tabasco and worcestershire sauce. Stir until blended. Let simmer on low for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings according to your taste.Do not overcook because the beans will be mushy. Great side dish with hamburgers, or hot dogs, or vegetarian entree if you leave the bacon out.
