- In a large pot place zucchini, yellow squash, cabbage and onion. Pour broth over vegetables and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

- Cook squash and onions until tender; drain. Add all other ingredients except breadcrumbs, butter, and cheese.
- Pour into a 8x8x2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Top with mixture of breadcrumbs, butter, and cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Steps:
- Cook squash in small amount of water with salt. When tender, drain and drain again. It tends to hold the water.
- Add Velveeta and cut it up so it will melt. Melt it in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Pour melted Velveeta over squash. Salt & pepper. Goes with any meat dish.
