HOT DOG CHILI
Quick and easy hot dog chili recipe. Great for hot dogs and hamburgers, or just chili dogs with cheese.

Steps:
- Place ground beef in sauce pot over Medium heat.
- Crumble the beef as it begins to cook.
- Cook beef until browned. Drain and discard any grease.
- Add the water.
- Add the salt.
- Add the black pepper.
- Add the chili powder
- Add ketchup.
- Stir and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add sugar.
- Add vinegar.
- Stir again and let cook until chili reaches desired thickness.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a large heavy pot, add chopped onions and hamburger, break up. Cook till hamburger is browned.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients.
- 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook uncovered for 3-4 hours.
- 4. Turn heat off and let sit for 15 min.
- 5. Very important step....use stick mixer to break up sauce and make smoother, you do not want any lumps or chunks.

- Place ground beef in a large saucepan with water and mash the beef with a potato masher to break apart. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the chili has thickened slightly and the beef is fully cooked, about 20 minutes.

- In a 12" skillet brown ground beef and onions over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until the stock has cooked down and the chili sauce reaches your desired consistency.

CHILI HOT DOG
Steps:
- In a skillet over medium heat, grill the hot dogs and toast the buns until golden. Dress the hot dogs with the Chili, Slaw, ketchup, mustard and chopped onions.
- In a large stockpot set over medium heat, add the beef, tomato juice, dehydrated onions, chili powder and mustard. Simmer for 3 hours.
- Place the cabbage in food processor and pulse to coarsely chop. Mix in the dressing and chill until ready for use.
