WHOLE WHEAT PEANUT BUTTER-BANANA BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS
This is so moist and delicious. It is by far the best banana bread I've ever had. I got this recipe from Vegetarian Times. I used regular crunchy peanut butter and decreased the sugar a little bit. It worked fine, but as a general rule, it really is better to buy the all-natural kind with no trans-fat and no added sugar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coat standard loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.
- Whisk together mashed bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, egg, and oil.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scrape batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 40-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
- Cool in pan on rack 15 minutes.
- Unmold then cool completely before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Beat bananas, honey, oil, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine pastry flour, bread flour, wheat germ, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl; make a well in the flour mixture. Pour banana mixture into well and stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until batter is just moistened. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

100% WHOLE WHEAT PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BREAD
I wanted a 100% whole wheat bread that tasted good with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and that has a decent rise. This one not only tastes good, it rises more than than white-bread-flour recipe I used to make. It is also soft and freezes well. I make my bread on Sunday, then make and freeze my sandwiches for the week. Each day I take one out of the freezer and Friday's is just as good as the one on Monday. You can use any flavor jelly.

- In a large mixing bowl,sift together flour, sugar,& baking powder.
