1-ounce Goldschlager
Dash of bitters
1 teaspoon sugar
Maraschino cherry

Steps:

  • Coat rim of martini glass with sugar. In a separate glass filled with ice, add vodka, Goldschlager, and bitters. Top and shake well. Strain into martini glass. Serve with a cherry.

1 oz hazelnut liqueur (frangelico)
splash of heavy cream
ground nutmeg, for garnish
1 white chocolate candy bar, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine sake, white chocolate liqueur and hazelnut liqueur and stir. Add a splash of cream. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a little nutmeg and a piece of white chocolate candy bar.

small Thai chili pepper

  • Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder with a pinch of cayenne pepper added. Shake together Mazama vodka and Godiva chocolate liqueur and pour into glass. Top with sweetened whipping cream. Garnish the cream with a small Thai chili pepper.
