anyone on a calorie reduced diet should try this it is delicious and soooo easy!!! For those of you not on a calorie reduced diet, this is great with a loaf of home made bread.

28 ounces minestrone soup
28 ounces vegetable soup
28 ounces tomato puree
12 ounces canned corn niblets
19 ounces kidney beans

Steps:

  • Rinse beans.
  • Add cans together, I use Habitant soups.
  • Optional: garlic powder, parsley or hot sauce.
  • Enjoy!
  • 1 bowl = 1 pt.
