- Puree 1 cup cubed seedless watermelon in a blender with 6 tablespoons light rum, 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain), the juice of 2 limes and 2 tablespoons superfine sugar. Serve over ice. Garnish each drink with a watermelon ball.

To make this drink suitable for non drinkers, omit alcohol and increase the pineapple juice to 1 cup. I like to add the ice to the blender also..n drink it like a slushy.

- Place the watermelon, pineapple juice, rum, liqueur and grenadine in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
