WARM ORANGE SPICE DRINK FOR COLD & FLU

Warm Orange Spice Drink for Cold & Flu image

I created this drink when I felt a bad cold coming on, and wanted a tasty way to keep it at bay. Oranges provide vitamin C, honey soothes sore throats, cinnamon helps relive nausea, clove quells coughs, and ginger root aids in clearing the sinuses. Also a delicious, warming beverage for those chilly winter days.

WARM ORANGE SAUCE

Warm Orange Sauce image

I created this because I had made Trishie's Chocolate and Orange Bread Pudding from this site, and felt like this would enhance her recipe and give me more of that orange flavor I was wanting. Use to serve on a warm bread pudding. Crepes or a pound cake would be good also.

Bring this mix to work, as it's a sure-fire drink your co-workers will L-O-V-E. It's also a cute, easy, inexpensive holiday gift that's fun for the kiddos (looks like sand art). Enjoy!
