This delicious Artichoke Dip is one of my favorite easy appetizers, made with simple ingredients in less than 30 minutes! We love it served warm, with crackers or bread chunks for dipping.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounce can artichoke hearts ((not marinated), drained and chopped)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese (, softened)
1 1/4 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic (, minced)
dried dill weed (, to taste (fresh or dried))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a mixing bowl add sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Combine until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and a little bit of dill weed, to taste.
  • Place in a greased baking dish (most pan sizes around 8x8 in or a little smaller will work. You could even use a pie pan).
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top. Sprinkle with a little extra dill weed, if desired.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash hot pepper sauce
Paprika, optional

1 can Artichoke heart
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
1 tsp lemon zest

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Drain liquid from artichoke hearts, gently wash in water, pat dry and coarsely chop. Drain liquid from olives and mix with artichokes. In seperate bowl mix together all other ingredients, mayo thru lemon zest. Mix in chopped artichokes and olives. Can be made one day ahead and chilled. Bake in glass oven proof pan for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbling. Rest for 10 minutes and serve warm or at room temperature with crackers or pita chips.

3 cups artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, parsley, a small pinch of salt and lots of pepper in a mixing bowl. Fold it all together to combine, then transfer to a small baking dish or oven-safe serving bowl. Top with the breadcrumbs and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly, 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes.
  • Allow the dip to cool slightly. Serve with the toasts.
