VEGGIE OKAZU
Simple recipe that kids will eat. Personally I think it's kind of bland. Filling stick to your ribs type of meal. You could vary the vegetables as long as you keep them in very small pieces.

Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.
- Stir in green beans, broccoli and about 1 cup water. Cover and cook until beans and broccoli are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix sugar and soy sauce together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ground beef and mix well. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.

This was my favorite dinner growing up. It's a quick and easy way to get picky kids to eat green beans, because of the sweet sauce. It's great served over rice, or alone.
