TURKEY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
I use a very thick slice of smoked or Cajun seasoned turkey from the deli for this recipe except after Thanksgiving when I use leftover roasted turkey. This is another dish that my vegetable hating child gobbled up. She's 18 now and away at college and still looks forward to having it. My vegetarian son loves it when I leave...

THANKSGIVING TURKEY VEGETABLE LEFTOVER CASSEROLE
What to do with those leftovers? Here is what I did today being 2 days after Thanksgiving 2009. Results were fantastic and all eaten up! The key is to use your leftover ingredients and cans of food you did not use that were brought to prepare the feast. For me that was evaporated milk and chicken broth. Use what you have for vegetables. If I had yams, I would have definatly used that for a topping too.

TURKEY VEGETABLE CRESCENT CASSEROLE
Hearty vegetables mixed with turkey and a savory sauce makes for a hearty meal. My family loves this casserole almost as much as the Pot Pie version.
