Steps:
- In large skillet saute green pepper and celery in butter for 2 minutes. Add 1-3/4 cup of the broth. Blend remaining 1/4 cup of broth with cornstarch and soy sauce. Gradually add to skillet then add dry soup mix. Cook and stir until thickened. Add turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Heat through and serve immediately over rice and/or chow mein noodles.

- In a large bowl, toss together turkey, cabbage, celery and green onions. In another bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour over the turkey mixture. Chill for several hours. Just before serving, add the chow mein noodles, almonds and sesame sees; toss to mix. Yield: 6 servings.
TURKEY CHOW MEIN WITH ALMONDS

- In a large heavy skillet heat the vegetable oil until it is hot but not smoking and in it, stir-fry the onion, the cabbage, and the celery for 3 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted. Add the sugar, the broth, the water, the soy sauce, and the sesame oil and simmer the mixture, covered, for 3 minutes. Stir the cornstarch mixture, stir it into the vegetable mixture, and bring the liquid to a boil. Stir in the turkey and simmer the chow mein until it is heated through. Serve the chow mein over the rice and sprinkle with the almonds.
