Strawberry Jello Cake (Only 3 Ingredients) image

This refreshing strawberry Jello cake is your new favorite n-bake dessert. With just Jello, Cool Whip, & fresh strawberries, it's summertime in a slice!

8 oz Cool Whip or True Whip
9 oz strawberry Jello mix
1 lb fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Place 6 ounces of jello mix in a large bowl. Stir in one cup of hot boiling water, followed by one cup of cold water.
  • Stir everything until all jello mix is melted. Place the mixture into refrigerator and let the jello set slightly.
  • Mix the Cool Whip into the Jello. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
  • Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and transfer the cool whip mixture into the pan. Cut the strawberries in half and place them along the rim of the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine 1 cup of boiled water with 3 ounces of Jello. Place the mixture in the fridge until it cools down to room temperature.
  • Pour the Jello mixture over the Cool Whip mixture and allow it to set completely in the fridge.
  • Remove the cake from the springform pan. Keep it refrigerated until it's ready to serve. Enjoy!

An easy no-bake strawberry Jello pie recipe made using Cool Whip, graham cracker crust, fresh berries, and Strawberry Jello.

1 package (3 ounce) strawberry Jello
⅔ cup boiling water
1 cup ice water
1 package (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
2 cups strawberries, diced
1 premade graham cracker crust (10 in.)
additional whipped topping and strawberries for topping, if desired

Steps:

  • Add jello mix and boiling water to a large bowl. Whisk together for 2 minutes or until dissolved.
  • Add ice water; stirring well until all ice has melted. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to thicken.
  • Whisk in whipped topping. Fold in 1 ½ cup of the diced strawberries.
  • Spoon filling into graham cracker pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining diced strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set (I like to let it chill overnight).
  • Slice and serve. Top slices with whipped topping and/or additional strawberries, if desired.

1 cup cold whole milk
1 cup sour cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
8 cups cubed angel food cake
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the milk, sour cream, pudding mix and orange zest on low speed until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. , Place half of the cake cubes in a 3-qt. glass bowl. Arrange a third of the strawberries around sides of bowl and over cake; top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining berries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

3 small box(es) jello strawberry mix
3 cup(s) boiling water
1 box(es) frozen, unsweetened strawberries, pureed to make
1 1/2 cup(s) strawberry puree
1/2 cup(s) cold water added with the puree
1 cup(s) frozen, sweetened strawberries. drained
OPTION:
1 cup(s) frozen, unsweetened mixed berries, thawed or
1 cup(s) fresh, sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Bring 3 c. water to a boil and pour into a large bowl. Add the 3 packets jello. Stir until all is dissolved. Set aside.
  • Take 2- 3 c. of frozen unsweetened strawberries out of the freezer, and thaw. Puree. * If you have any leftover puree, freeze or refrigerate it. You can use it in smoothies or over ice cream.
  • Measure about 1 1/2 c. puree into the jello and add the cold water. Mix completely.
  • Add 1 box sweetened strawberries, drained. Or 1 pkg. frozen, unsweetened mixed berries - (my choice) or 1 1/2 c. sliced, fresh strawbwerries. Mix all together very well.
  • Put in the refrigerator until set.
  • Top with whipped topping.
