- In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper; stir into bean mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

THREE BEAN AND CHEESE SALAD
Recipe courtesy of Pillsbury Add the dressing in increments so your salad isn't swimming in dressing. Cut the cubes of cheese into smaller pieces, so you get a mix of ingredients instead of a mouthful of cheese. Use Colby Jack cubes if you can't find Colby or Monterey Jack cubes separately.

Steps:
- Place eggs in saucepan. Add enough water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 15 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad dressing and eggs. Toss to mix. Add salad dressing; toss to coat. Peel eggs; slice.
- Top salad with egg slices.
