HOMEMADE THAI SEASONING BLEND (THAI SPICE MIX)

Homemade Thai Seasoning Blend (Thai Spice Mix) image

An original recipe from Tabitha Alterman. She says, "This spice blend can be used to impart Thai flavor to meat and seafood, or veggies or grains. You can, also, use it as a dry rub. To make an easy Thai marinade, toss a generous scoop of this seasoning mixture into creamy coconut milk."

THAI SPICE MIX

Thai Spice Mix image

This I have not made, as I live in Thailand, this is probably the closest Americanized version of a 'Thai Spice Mix" with actual Thai seasonings used. Ground Lemongrass and Ground Kaffir Lime Leaves are real things. Every Thai dish is different with regards to the seasoning for them, so this should get you into the ball...
