1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
2 large green chili peppers ( such as Anaheim or hatch peppers, diced fine)
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound American cheese
1/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Place the chopped onion, thinly sliced celery, and diced peppers in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add two tablespoons of butter and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • Add American cheese and milk.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted.

1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 package McCormick® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients, except cilantro, in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2- to 2-quart baking dish.
