1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons milk
2 heads lettuce
2 cups finely chopped cauliflower
2 bottles hormel real bacon bits
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mix dressing ingredients together.
  • Cut lettuce into small pieces.
  • Cauliflower chops up easier if you just shred it from the whole head rather than breaking the flowers off separately.
  • Get ingredients all ready first, then toss just before serving.

1 head iceberg lettuce (chopped)
1 head cauliflower (chopped)
1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2/3 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mayo
1 tablespoon bacon grease
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Combine one head lettuce, one head cauliflower, bacon, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  • To prepare the dressing, mix mayonnaise, bacon grease, sugar, and vinegar in a separate dish.
  • Add dressing to the salad bowl prior to serving, mixing everything well to combine.

2 heads lettuce, chopped (or 2 1-lb bags pre-cut lettuce)
1 head cauliflower, cut up in tiny pieces
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitutions)
2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 -1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine lettuce, cauliflower and bacon.
  • Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
  • Add dressing to salad, add parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
  • I usually make up the dressing the day before and the rest of the salad and then mix together just before serving.

Tequilaberry Salad was made famous at the Tequilaberry Restaurant located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. It is an addictive salad made with lettuce, cauliflower, bacon and a secret sauce.

1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 lb bacon, fried
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2½ tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup sugar
1½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Chop 1 head of lettuce and 1 head of cauliflower finely. Place together in a mixing bowl.
  • Fry 1 pound of bacon until crisp. Drain grease and set aside.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and parmesan cheese for salad dressing and whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Combine lettuce mixture with salad dressing until the lettuce is completely covered. Top with bacon pieces and any desired add-ins.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

This recipe comes from a restaurant we had here in Coon Rapids, MN. And the salad this salad was there signature salad and it is AMAZING!!! So I thought I would share this recipe and believe me if you try it you will make it again and again...

1 head lettuce chopped (or a bag of pre chopped lettuce)
1 head cauliflower chopped
1 pd bacon cooked and crumbled
dressing: 1c. mayo
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c shredded parmesean cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cut up lettuce, Cauliflower, and crumble bacon and set aside.
  • 2. For dressing mix 1 cup mayo, 1/4 c sugar and 3/4 c parmesean cheese. I add a touch of milk also to make it easier to mix. Adjust ingredients if needed as well.
  • 3. Mix everything to together in a large bowl until dressing is combined evenly with the lettuce, cauliflower and bacon. Refrigerate for a half hour or until ready to serve. Enjoy!!

1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Combine salad ingredients together and toss with dressing just before seving.
  • I usually make up the salad and the dressing a few hours ahead of time. I just put the salad ingredients in my salad bowl and don't combine them. Put the dressing in it's own bowl and put them in the fridge, until I'm ready to serve, then I toss them together.
  • This salad is best eaten the same day you make it. You can eat it the next day, the lettuce is soggy though.
