Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and onion. Mix thoroughly and shape into golf ball-sized balls.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, gently brown the meatballs and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, flour, water, white vinegar and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 30 minutes.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add water to juice if needed to measure 1 cup; pour into a large skillet. Add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch; stir until smooth. , Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add the pineapple, meatballs and green pepper. , Simmer, uncovered, until heated through, about 20 minutes. Serve with rice.

- In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Add sausage and beef; mix well. Shape into about 48 (1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, stir together jelly, mustard, whiskey, Worcestershire sauce and the bottled hot sauce; heat and stir until jelly melts and mixture bubbles. Add meatballs, stirring gently to coat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly and meatballs are coated.
