- Put sausage in medium saucepan and constantly stir and break up in order to properly brown. Do not drain.
- Once sausage is completely browned, add both cans of Rotel.
- Let that cook and meld together for about 2 minutes.
- Add both cream cheese bars.Constantly stir in order to make sure that cream cheese is completely melted. There should be no lumps of cheese. The cheese melts better with both the hot sausage and Rotel.

- Mix cereal, peanuts, and raisins in a large deep bowl. Melt chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chips over cereal mixture and carefully stir to coat all pieces.
- Sift powdered sugar into a small plastic trash bag or paper grocery bag. Add cereal mixture to bag and shake vigorously, making sure bag is tightly sealed.
- Arrange in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets several hours to dry. Store in airtight container.

Steps:
- 1. In large microwavable mixing bowl, melt almond bark. Heat for 60 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir. If needed, continue melting in 30 - 60 second intervals until completely melted. Stir until smooth.
- 2. In another large bowl, combine both cereals, pretzels and peanuts. Add candy and toss gently to even distribute.
- 3. Pour melted chocolate over dry mixture. Stir gentle until evenly covered.
- 4. Pour coated mixture out on wax-papered cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 20 - 30 minutes to set.
- 5. Remove from freezer, and gently break apart.
- 6. Store in air-tight container or tin. Enjoy!
