An easy & quick to make 3-ingredient yogurt fruit dip recipe sweetened with honey and flavored with vanilla extract. This is the best fruit platter dipping sauce to serve everyone in your family.

1 cup Icelandic Style yogurt (plain or vanilla (or Greek Yogurt))
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup or orange juice)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh mint (thinly sliced/julienned)
fresh fruit

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Place it in a bowl.
  • Serve with fruit on the side.

2 apricots, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
1 cup sweet cherries, halved and pitted
4 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons pistachios, toasted and chopped

Steps:

  • Toss together apricots, cherries, mint leaves, and 1 tablespoon sugar; let stand until fruit has released some juice, about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons sugar until smooth. Divide between 2 small bowls; top with fruit mixture and pistachios.
