3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate, water and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 sec.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add sugar and vanilla; stir until well blended.

3 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons orange juice or water
3 tablespoons unsalted margarine or (if not keeping glaze pareve) butter
3 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Cook all ingredients in a small heavy saucepan over low heat, whisking until smooth. Cool 5 minutes and then pour warm glaze over cake.

3 tablespoons orange juice (can use water but orange juice is better to use)
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons sugar

  • In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, cook all ingredients over low heat whisking until smooth.
  • Cool 6 minutes and then drizzle or pour the warm over cake.
