SWEDISH HAM BALLS
I love ham loaf. This looks like a good appetizer version of a favorite so I am putting here for safe keeping! Servings is approximate depending on size of ham balls.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Mix together ham, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs and milk. Form mixture into small meatballs about the size of walnuts and place in prepared pan.
- Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and water. Stir until sugar dissolves and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until done.

Steps:
- 1. you can have your ham ground at the store or market, or if you have a grinder (hand crank or attachment for your mixture, grind down two pounds worth and set aside.
- 2. in a blender crush 2 packages of graham crackers
- 3. mix ham,beef,crackers,eggs and milk together. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls place into a deep dish.
- 4. Pre heat oven to 325*
- 5. mix soup,brown sugar,vinegar and dry mustard with a whisk. pour over ham balls and bake for 2 hours uncovered. basting 3 times while cooking.
- 6. Will hold in oven for an additional hour at 250* Enjoy!

- Combine ham, apples, bread crumbs, eggs and milk in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Form into small balls and place into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- For sauce: Mix together the sauce ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the sauce over the ham balls.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting frequently.
