TROPICAL SUNRISE PORRIDGE (OATMEAL)
This was adapted from a recipe found on Mr Breakfast. A tasty & satisfying brekky, gotta love porridge!!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins stirring well after one minute.
- Serve with extra milk or yoghurt.

SUNRISE OATMEAL

Steps:
- 1. Combine water, milk, oats and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit while preparing fruit. 2. Mix together in small saucepan apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and fruits. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir into oatmeal. 3. Fold in vanilla yogurt and sprinkle with almonds.
