LEMONADE SALAD
Hardly a salad, more like a dessert. Just a refreshing dessert that can be made ahead for a bit of summer anytime. No need to heat up the kitchen, let the refrigerator do most of the work. From Taste of Home publication.

LEMONADE SALAD
This refreshing concoction will spark up any event! To make her dish extra festive, Karen Dougherty of Freeport, Illinois arranges cherries and oranges on top in the shapes of flowers. "The salad can also be made with orange juice concentrate instead of lemonade, if you like," adds Karen.

SUNNY VEGETABLE SALAD
A terrific mixture of crisp, chewy, fresh and sweet ingredients makes this salad taste as good as it looks. A nutritious vegetable like broccoli is a lot more palatable "dressed up" this way. -Char Holm, Goodhue, Minnesota

SUNNY VEGETABLE SALAD
This is hands-down my favorite recipe to make for any family dinner. Sunny vegetable salad is too good for words, you'll see when you make it. It does take a bit of work doing everything from scratch (particularly the broccoli and cauliflower), but I guarantee you'll run out every time because everyone goes for seconds. I posted this recipe as it originally was, but my family always makes it with 1/3 cup instead of a 1/2 cup sugar and it's just as good.

SUNNY'S HARD LEMONADE
This recipe came from the Food Network show, Cooking For Real. I haven't made it yet, but it sounds like just the kind of thing to have while doing some outdoor cooking. I'm posting here so I don't lose it and for nutrition counts.
