SHIRLEY'S STUFFED CELERY WITH NUTS
Simple to make, and really tasty morsels to munch on during the Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays, this recipe has been a family tradition at our table for many years!

Steps:
- Put cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave for 45 secs. to soften.
- Add milk, and mix well.
- Add walnuts, and mix well.
- Cut stalks of celery into thirds, and wash and dry well, (very important).
- Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture, and refrigerate.

STUFFED CELERY STICKS
This is one of my favorite Hors D'oeuvres. Creamy, crunchy and nutty. Delicious. You can also use this filling to stuff cherry tomatoes, or Belgian endive.

Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, blue cheese and cour cream in a bowl.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Add 1 tbsp of walnuts.
- Fill the celery with the mixture.
- Chill before serving.
- Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.

Steps:
- 1. clean thoroughly and cut celery into 3 inch pieces. Use a paper towel to pat dry the celery.
- 2. in a small bowl, add cream cheese and chopped walnuts, mix together well using a fork works best for this.
- 3. Using a butter knife, spread cream cheese mixture into the celery. Plate, garnish with celery leaves and serve.

Steps:
- 1. Wash and trim celery and then cut rubs into 3 inch pieces. In a food processor, blend all except paprika, until they reach a mixture like stiff whipped cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into celery wells and sprinkle with paprika. Serve chilled.
- 2. carrot and raisins or crasins.
