- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, sugar, milk and poppy seeds. Set aside.
- Divide the lettuce into 6 individual salad bowls. Sprinkle strawberries over the lettuce, and garnish with onion slices. Pour dressing over salads just before serving.

- 1. Wash and drain spinach and take off large stems. Put in large bowl.
- 2. Wash and drain strawberries and cut into quarters. Put into bowl.
- 3. Slice red onion thinly and put into bowl. I use whole onion but if you want, you can use half.
- 4. Drain mandarin oranges and put into bowl.
- 5. Just before serving, pour bottle of dressing and mix ingredients. I use whole bottle, but you can use it to taste. Its best to finish off the salad because the spinach gets soggy if leftover.

- Wash romaine lettuce. Pat dry and refrigerate until serving time. Place greens on individual salad plates or in a large salad bowl. Slice strawberries. Put berries and onions on top of greens. Drizzle poppyseed dressing over salad. Toss, if using large salad bowl. Dressing: Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake until blended. Dressing keeps several days in refrigerator.

- First chop romaine lettuce,slice red onion,slice strawberries and place in large bowl.set aside.
- In separate bowl add ,hellmins mayo,light vinegar,sugar,milk and poppy seeds-(these are optional you do not have to include them if you wish not too).WHISK ingredients together til smooth. Chill sauce til ready to serve.
- Once your ready to serve add sauce and toss.
