SPICY SRIRACHA BUTTER
You can make sriracha butter quickly and easily at home. It's great spread on a grilled cheese sandwich, on pasta or even on eggs. Warning: it's crave-worthy!

- In a medium sized bowl mix together the butter with the sriracha. It takes a few minutes, so be patient. Store in the fridge for several weeks.

- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- 3. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- 4. Mix all the ingredients together, and place in a non-reactive jar.
- 5. Throw into the fridge until ready to use.
- 6. PLATE/PRESENT
- 7. Use as spread for a spicier alternative to regular tartar sauce. Like a nice yummy fish sandwich. Enjoy.
