SPICY APPLE-CINNAMON CHEERIOS™ BARS
Steps:
- In a medium-sized container, mix the almonds, walnuts, hemp and pumpkin seeds, Cheerios™, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt.
- In a small pot, heat the coconut oil and honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add the honey mix to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mix out onto a small baking sheet and cover with non-stick pan lining paper. Bake at 300°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Cut into bars of desired size. Serve, and enjoy!

SPICY APPLE BARS
These bars are like a spice cake and an apple pie with a glaze. They are loaded with apples and spices and a 1/2 cup of strong coffee to boot. For-goodness-sakes there good!

Steps:
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and brown sugar together. Stir in egg and coffee.
- 2. In a seperate bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts.
- 3. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
- 4. Frosting- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and blend well. Frost bars while still warm. Cut into bars and serve.

- Cool and cut into squares. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
